Hold public hearing and consider request for a variance to Table 11.1 District Requirements for Signs and Section 11.6 Permitted Signs by Type and Zoning District, 1, to allow for an additional 32 +/- sq. ft. wall sign.
Hold public hearing and consider request for variances to Table 7.1A: Minimum District Development Standards to reduce the side building setbacks from 50-feet to 30-feet for certain lots within a proposed 18-lot residential subdivision.
Hold a public hearing and consider a request for variance to Section 13.8 Enlargement of Non-Conforming Uses, to allow an addition to an existing non-conforming structure.
